Local militias are a group of armed people native to the Outlands, first appeared in Titanfall 3 campaign as both a minor enemy faction and a neutral entity in both IMC and Militia campaigns.
Overview[]
This neutral faction are composed primarily of armed citizens fighting for defense of themselves and the local population during Frontier War II following the Frontier Militia incursion of the Syndicate, as well as vigilante force against Mercenary Syndicate where either IMC or Militia forces are ineffective against Syndicate and/or even hostile to local population. These are lightly armed, disorganized and not well equipped as other fighting factions, hence their appearance as a minor faction on some missions in Titanfall 3 campaign.
Their appearances consist of a diverse set of civilian clothing and non-military protective equipment, distinguishing from a distinct look of Hornstromp Cartel members and a paramilitary look of even the FMITO opportunists as they're not received some of military training and fights solely based on their combat experience but still looks slightly different enough from innocent unarmed civilians.

- Yemeni Militia from Call of Duty: Black Ops II: Some of attires used by some local militias. Otherwise, they use real-life attires worn by rebel groups albeit with some of slightly more futuristic stuffs from Titanfall universe added in.
