Upon Activation the goblin deploys two arc mines

Similar to the monarchs the goblin fires a laser that steals shield from enemy titans
Offensive Ability: Explosive rounds
The goblins ER-81 Burst cannon damage is increased by 15-20%
Core Ability: Damage report
The goblin heals back one and a half of its health bar and can be used to heal the titan out of doomed state

The H110 goblin was created by the IMC for planetary expeditions sporting an enhanced range of mobility the goblin can out maneuver most titans and are typically used in the early stages of an invasion
